About the project

Most wine festivals end up looking exactly the same. Wine stains. Vineyards. Fancy scripts. Bottles everywhere.

I wanted to go somewhere else.

The idea was to capture that slightly surreal feeling when you've had a glass (or three), someone starts reading poetry, and suddenly everything feels a little softer, blurrier and somehow more profound. The typography drifts across the page, colours glow, shapes lose their edges and nothing sits completely still.

It's less about wine itself, and more about the feeling wine leaves behind.

(Still can't write poetry though.)

Fun fact

I'm bad at poetry. Luckily, I'm much better at drinking wine.
